Doğa Koruma Milli Parklar Genel Müdürlüğüne olan DİLEKÇEYE katılın.
Genel Müdürlükçe, "YHKG, STK ve gönüllülere besleme yapabilmeleri için YASAL İZİN SAĞLANMASI ve belediyeler ile birlikte BESLEME yapılması, belediye barınaklarındaki hayvanlar için de gönüllüler ile iletişim içinde çalışmasının sağlanması için" DKMP Müdürlüklerinin acilen görevlendirilmesini, her şehir için DKMP Müdürlük iletişim telefonu verilerek kamuoyuna ve basına duyurulmasını talep ediyoruz.

Corona felaketi sürecinde her yer kapandı. Gıda işi yapan kuruluşların kapanmasıyla sokaklardaki hayvanların ve onlara bakan gönüllülerin yemek bulma imkanı SIFIR.
Şayet tedbir alınmaz ise sokakların ÖLÜM sessizliğinde AÇLIKLA can verecekler. Aynı şekilde belediye barınakları için de açlık söz konusu. Çoğunda görevli bile bırakılmayıp hayvanların açlık ve hastalıkla baş başa bırakıldıkları bilgileri alınmakta.
Belediyelerin gönüllüler ile iletişim içinde çalışmaları kanun ve yönetmelikte tam 7 yerde hükme bağlanmıştır.
Bu bağlamda;
1. "YHKG, STK ve Gönüllülere" korona karantinası süresince besleme yapmaları için ilgili mercilerden YASAL İZİN SAĞLANMASI,
2. "YHKG, STK lar ve Gönüllülerin" katılımı ile belediyeler ile birlikte BESLEME yapılması,
3. Besleme yapan gönüllülere belediyelerce mama desteği verilmesi, artık yemek şarküteri sağlanması durumunda belediyelerce araç desteği verilmesinin SAĞLANMASI, için DKMP Müdürlüklerinin acilen görevlendirilmesini talep ediyoruz.
4. Tüm DKMP müdürlüğü görevlilerinin o şehirdeki belediye barınaklarını denetlemeleri, kaç hayvan kaç veteriner kaç bakıcı olduğunu isimleri ile birlikte belediyelerden istemeleri, bu bakımevlerindeki hayvanlar için özellikle bu kriz döneminde belediyelerin YASAL MECBURİYET olarak iletişim içinde çalışmalarının sağlanması,
5. Her şehir için gönüllülerin kolayca ulaşabilecekleri DKMP Müdürlük iletişim telefonu verilerek kamuoyuna ve basına da duyurulmasını talep ediyoruz.

SONUÇ VE İSTEM: DKMP Müdürlüklerinin korona virüs karantina döneminde Hayvanları Koruma Kanunu ve yönetmeliğin uygulanması, belediyeler ile gönüllülerin iletişim içinde hayvanlar için faydalı hizmetler yapmasının koordine edilmesini sağlaması ve kolayca ulaşılacak İLETİŞİM telefonlarının kamuoyuna ve basına açıklanması talebimizdir.
